Position: Retail Associate
Location: I12 Katong
Working Hours: 5 working days per week, 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: SGD 1,800 – 2,200
- Overtime Pay (OT)
- Commission after confirmation
About the Store
This is a mother and baby retail shop offering high-quality branded products for mothers and children, focusing on excellent service and premium product selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers, delivering excellent service and product recommendations
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals
- Assist in stock management including restocking, merchandising, and stock-taking
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and store targets
Requirements:
- Retail experience preferred, especially in related environments (mother & baby, fashion, or lifestyle products)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first attitude and passion for helping others
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Willing to learn and adapt to new products and sales techniques
