The primary objective of this role is to work on Retail Excellence projects to enhance customer experience, clienteling and provide insights to increase retail performance with business intelligence tools and best practices sharing across South Asia zone.
Missions
Client Experience
- Assist in identifying gaps and areas for improvement in the end-to-end in-store customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor initiatives that enhance service excellence and brand experience.
- Support client experience programs, including Dare to Delight and Voice initiatives, to ensure superior customer satisfaction and engagement.
Client Development & Clienteling
- Assist in monitoring usage and effectiveness of clienteling tools and platforms (Journey, ICON, Welcome).
- Help prepare toolkits, training materials, and performance dashboards for store teams focused on client engagement.
Retail Performance Tools & Applications
- Support deployment and adoption of retail performance tools.
- Track retail KPIs such as productivity, traffic conversion, ATV/UPT, and provide data support for performance reviews.
Profil
Employment Type and Profile
Internship, able to commit for 6 months for a full-time internship from July to December 2025
- Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative
- Strong computer skills - High proficiency in MS office application, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience in project management
- Pleasant, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn
