We are hiring friendly and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Retail Mobile Ambassadors for Singtel at our Boon Lay outlet . As the frontline representative of one of Singapore’s leading telcos, you will assist walk-in customers with mobile services, ensure smooth onboarding, and provide excellent customer support.
People-oriented: Friendly, confident, and able to engage with walk-in customers comfortably
Tech-savvy: Familiar with smartphones, mobile apps, and basic troubleshooting
Retail/Customer Service Experience: Preferred but not required – training provided
Work Schedule: Must be able to commit to 6-day work week , including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours: 11AM – 6PM
Location: Boon Lay outlet
