Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products, including frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Provide product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Understand and explain optical products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to meet customer needs. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
