Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer advice and guidance on product selections, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends.
- Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
- Support team members during busy periods
- Handle customers’ feedback or complaints with care.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail.
- A friendly, positive, and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for helping others.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Keen in jewellery industry is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- English & Mandarin speaking.
