Key Responsibilities
During the rotation, you will be involved in the following areas:
1. Marketing & Brand Development
Assist in formulating marketing strategies and executing brand promotion campaigns;
Contribute to content creation, design, and publishing across digital channels;
Support market research and competitor analysis.
2. Student Services & Operational Support
Help coordinate academic scheduling, student logistics, and event operations;
Participate in optimizing service processes and enhancing customer satisfaction;
Support administrative systems and internal communication.
3. Sales & Client Engagement
Assist in handling client inquiries, course recommendations, and customer onboarding;
Contribute to refining sales strategies and improving conversion efficiency;
Manage and analyze CRM data to support sales initiatives.
4. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
Participate in internal projects under the guidance of senior mentors;
Collaborate across departments to support business goals and process improvement;
Provide timely updates and reports on assigned tasks and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome;
Proficient in English (both spoken and written);
Conversational Mandarin required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset;
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure;
Positive, adaptable attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools is preferred;
Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, JianYing, etc.) are a strong advantage;
Previous internship or experience in education, marketing, or client services is a plus.
