PLAYe is a specialised retailer for video games, action figures, trading cards, toys and more. We have 3 retail stores in Singapore currently: Bedok, Ang Mo Kio, Harbourfront.
PLAYe is a one-stop shop for all your geeky needs. Whether you are looking for the latest games for Sony Playstation, Nintendo, or Xbox, or you want to collect your favorite characters from Marvel, DC, Star Wars, or anime, PLAYe has it all!
You can also find a variety of trading cards, board games, puzzles, and other fun items to enjoy with your friends and family. PLAYe offers fast and reliable delivery across Singapore and Malaysia, as well as customer service and support. PLAYe is the ultimate destination for gamers and collectors alike.
This will be a part-time role, to be stationed across the PLAYe stores around Singapore (Bedok, Ang Mo Kio, Vivocity). Working hours are flexible according to availability of shift timings.
Responsibilities
- Promote and up-sell products to customers, monitor stock levels in store and tag product prices accurately
- Communicate with customers regarding on-going promotions and offers
- Liaise with PLAYe online team on stock transfers, or items for customers to pick up in-store
- Use the in-store POS system to process payments, exchanges and returns
- Open and close the store according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Resolve any customer issues efficiently
- Handle pre-orders for goods and collect payment from customer accordingly Other such duties that the Company may deem relevant may also be assigned
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and can engage with diverse people
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Interest in, and passion for the PLAYe product range (gaming products, video games, trading cards etc)
