Job Description:
- Customer Service : Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers. Assisting customers with inquiries,
providing product information, and resolving issues
- Sales Transactions : Handle various payment methods, including vouchers, cash, credit, and debit cards
- Merchandise Management : Restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring products are displayed
attractively
- Store Maintenance : Maintaining cleanliness of the sales floor and ensuring the store is organized
- Loss Prevention : Monitoring customer activities to prevent theft and ensure store security.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Prior experience in retail or customer service will be advantageous
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay on your feet for extended period
