We are seeking a warm, service-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team, focused on mom and baby products from Japan.
You’ll be helping parents and families in Singapore make informed choices across a wide range of essentials—from pregnancy to early childhood—while delivering a welcoming and personalized offline experience.
Responsibilities:
- Offer product recommendations tailored to parenting needs (maternity, baby led weaning, curation of gift boxes etc)
- Keep up-to-date with new product arrivals, features, and promotions.
- Ensure displays and inventories are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Operate the POS system for purchases, pre-order, exchanges, and refunds.
- Support ad hoc task where necessary.
- Location: varies from time to time, with each offline experience lasting a week.
Requirements:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for helping families, especially expectant and new parents
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Performance bonus
- Min N-Level or equivalent.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
