*Duties and Responsibilities*
1. Set up and test RMA devices per Engineer’s instructions.
2. Support remote access requests and ad-hoc tasks like instrument upgrades.
3. Handle hardware orders, debugging, repairs, and assembly of new instruments.
4. Coordinate equipment relocation and perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
5. Manage RMA bench setup, utilization, and inventory control.
6. Maintain lab equipment and compile testing reports.
*Required Skills / Knowledge*
1. Strong verbal and written communication with clear information delivery.
2. Basic understanding of automotive systems and applications.
3. Proficient in using electronic test equipment (Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, etc.).
4. Skilled in lab management, maintenance, calibration, and equipment upkeep.
5. Proactive team player with a teachable attitude and problem-solving mindset.
