- Inspects work site conditions to ensure all work activities are compliant with safety directives.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly safety inspection and make recommendation on safety measures or method to improve the work.
- Ensure timely submission and proper filing of safety records/documents, such as daily tool box meeting, mandatory safety equipment maintenance/inspection record, etc.
- Assist in accident/incident, dangerous occurrence or occupational disease that occurred within the worksite and implement mitigating measures.
- Implement, maintain, monitor and evaluate the Health and Safety Program at site.
- Report employee concerns and suggestions for improving the safety of the work site to HSE Department.
- Communicate the existence of potential hazards to the work team and Contractor’s workers.
- Maintain relevant HSE related documentation and records.
- Assist in conducting safety induction training and related HSE briefing.
- Assist in emergency response and provide first aid guidance
- Other duties as specified in WSH Act and Regulations or duty assigned by WSH Officer
