Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination & Order Management:

• Efficiently process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehousing for timely deliveries.
• Proactively track orders and address customer questions.

Customer Success & Relationship Building:

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist in preparing competitive quotes and technical documents.
• Follow up on quotes to drive sales conversions.
• Provide good after-sales support to foster loyalty.

Supplier Management & Procurement:

• Liaise with suppliers, issue purchase orders, and coordinate purchases.
• Research and identify new suppliers as needed, comparing options.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, or Science (or relevant experience with ITE/GCE N/O/A Levels).
• Strong proficiency in IT productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace) and spreadsheets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Positive team player with a willingness to learn and grow.

Desirable:

• Experience in the engineering industry.
• Familiarity with SAP software.
