Job Responsibilities
- IT industry’s key account business support. (Memory sales manager)
- Documentation for sales related processing.
- Customer communication and relationship, support end to end sales including quotation/inquiry/demand managing.
- Tracking and updating the customer demand forecast and communicate to HQ.
- Forecast – supply managing, weekly/quarterly F2F business meeting lead.
- Management report/Issue summary and presentation.
- MI (market information) collecting and analysis.
- To convince/negotiate business partner, strategy execution.
- Good team player with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively with sales department and Customer. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- BA’s degree required, preferably in business, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing field.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor and market. (preferred memory business related)
- Preferred to key account closely support/management/meeting follow-up experience. (manage sentiment and relationships with customer)
- Understanding of WW logistics and how Geo political situation affected export/import.
- Customer demand managing. (with customer/HQ team)
- English/Mandarin in fluent, Korean/Hindi is advantageous. Required basic skill of MS powerpoint/excel/word.
