PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE / SCOPE
The Sales Associate would be responsible for delivering fantastic customer experience to OnTheList members.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome members and assisting new members with the registration process.
- Upsell and promote the Premium Membership as well as online sales platform.
- Proactively approach and assist customers in their shopping experience in the store.
- Build a VIP client base and proactively contact to promote upcoming sales or products.
- Provide an impeccable image for our partnering brands with appealing visual merchandising.
. Any other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
O level and above
- Minimum 3 year in customer service or retail environment.
- Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.
- Fixed Sunday off, 5 days work week, 44 hours per week.
Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position.
