Job Overview
One of our clients is looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support their team with graphic design and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Responsibilities include drafting and managing email templates, scheduling, data entry, document organization, designing decks, mock-ups, and illustrations, collaborating with a team of graphic designers, and creating NFC tags and stickers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the visual identity execution for 2–3 brands, ensuring brand consistency across all design assets
- Create high-quality digital ads, web banners, social posts, and email visuals
- Design website layouts and landing pages with usability and responsiveness in mind
- Develop print-ready assets such as signage, brochures, and event branding materials
- Translate abstract ideas or briefs into clear, polished creative solutions
- Manage and prioritize design requests across businesses, balancing quality and speed
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, content, and web teams
- Maintain and evolve brand kits and design systems
- Deliver on time in an async workflow, with availability for quick syncs or feedback loops during U.S. working hours
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a multi-channel designer (digital, web, and print)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern design tools
- Experience designing for both performance-driven ads and brand-building visuals
- Strong eye for typography, spacing, color usage, and layout across mediums
- Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Organized and able to manage high volume across multiple brands independently
- Strong communication skills in remote environments
