As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical and commercial bridge between TES and our clients. You’ll promote and support Mikro MSC’s range of electrical protection, monitoring, and control products, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their operational needs. This role blends engineering expertise with business acumen, requiring both technical fluency and interpersonal finesse.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Expertise & Consultation
- Understand and explain Mikro MSC products (e.g., relays, meters, regulators) to clients
- Recommend suitable solutions based on site requirements and specifications
- Client Engagement & Sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and presentations
- Negotiate pricing and scope while protecting company interests
- Project Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams for shop drawings, mock-ups, and delivery schedules
- Support site coordination and attend technical meetings when required
- Technical Support
- Assist clients with installation, troubleshooting, and product commissioning
- Provide post-sales support and training when necessary
- Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy
- Gather market feedback to inform product positioning and improvements
