Job Description
As a Sales & Marketing Engineer , you will be part of a close-knit and agile team responsible for growing OptoSigma’s customer base and strengthening relationships in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Precision Optical components, Motion & Vibration Control products, Scientific Laser & Quantum Technology related products and enjoys both technical discussions and customer interaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through new and existing accounts in research, academic, & industrial markets.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions using OptoSigma products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close deals.
- Support marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and digital outreach.
- Provide product training, demonstrations, and seminars when required.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports. Occasional travel within Southeast Asia (up to 20%).
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Physics , Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical), or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about optical systems and positioning equipment.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated; able to work independently. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
