Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect, present to, follow up, and close sales with customers.
- Handle in-person and phone sales enquiries.
- Prepare and compare cost estimates vs. actual costs; manage job budgets and costing accuracy .
- Provide customer service; review contracts, terms, and conditions.
- Drive business and new market development.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research; monitor business trends and sales performance.
- Set sales targets and forecast project/orders.
- Prepare costing and estimates for products (e.g., switchboards).
- Coordinate drawing approval, quality, engineering, delivery, and commissioning.
- Issue invoices for completed orders.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Review product capabilities to meet customer needs.
- Take on additional assigned responsibilities. Adhere to Quality Management System procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with China customers
- Possessing a Class 3 License would be advantageous
