Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to drive the promotion and sales of Camtech’s diagnostics solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint across healthcare providers and distribution partners, building strong relationships and ensuring Camtech products are trusted and widely adopted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell Camtech’s diagnostics products to clinics, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and channel partners
- Identify, approach, and develop new B2B sales opportunities and healthcare accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, procurement teams, and distributors
- Execute product presentations and training sessions for healthcare providers and partners
- Support digital and offline sales campaigns; contribute to e-commerce and retail strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop promotional materials and customer engagement strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking via CRM tools
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Comfortable with both in-person and virtual sales engagements
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings, events, and trade shows
