What are are looking for:
2–4 years in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments
Proven track record with outbound prospecting and inbound closing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha/Hunter, and ZoomInfo
Comfortable running discovery calls, product demos, and contract negotiation
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with Singapore’s SME landscape
Experience selling to e-commerce brands, retailers, or F&B businesses
Understanding of payment methods, POS systems, or checkout plugins
Ability to build repeatable processes and improve sales playbooks
Key Responsibilities
Inbound: Qualify, engage, and convert inbound demo requests and self-serve signups
Outbound: Identify and reach out to target accounts via email, LinkedIn, calls
Run discovery, tailor product pitches, and deliver high-conversion demos
Own the deal cycle: follow-ups, objection handling, pricing, contracting, and onboarding handoff
Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to improve GTM workflows
Maintain detailed pipeline updates in HubSpot and track metrics (win rate, deal size, cycle length)
