Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
- Allocate daily manpower effectively and ensure tasks are carried out in accordance with construction and shop drawings
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks within the project timeline
- Attend site and project meetings with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection records, progress reports, handover documents, and defects lists
- Assist the Project Manager in the preparation and submission of shop drawings, method statements, and other technical documents
- Ensure all variation orders and site instructions are properly documented and implemented
- Identify and record defects, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality finishing for all site activities
- Respond proactively to site issues and resolve them in coordination with the Project team
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure full compliance with workplace safety and health regulations at all times
- Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for site operations
- Liaise with the workshop and subcontractors to ensure timely installation and delivery of fabricated components
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management team
Qualifications for Sales Executive
- Experience in sales and relationship management
- Self motivated and goal oriented to deliver results
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Good negotiation and problem solving skills
Job Description
- Position Title: Sales Executive
- Working Location: Changi Business Park
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Allowance
