About the Role
We are seeking highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves both inbound and outbound sales activities handling incoming leads with speed and professionalism while proactively pursuing new opportunities through prospecting.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills, resilience, and a proven ability (or strong potential) to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation (Outbound)
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients across assigned sectors/territories.
Inbound Sales Handling
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries via calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Assess client needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
- Ensure a high conversion rate from inbound leads to closed deals.
Sales Conversion
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Sales Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound sales activities in CRM systems.
- Report weekly and monthly progress against sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates with strong drive will also be considered)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
