Garuda Indonesia / Citilink Indonesia
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of Garuda Indonesia and Citilink Indonesia in the local market. You will be responsible for driving passenger sales, building strong trade and corporate relationships, and supporting key commercial initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and market performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet passenger revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Conduct regular sales visits, product updates, and training sessions for trade partners.
- Monitor booking trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Work closely with marketing teams to plan and implement campaigns and promotions.
- Respond to client queries, resolve issues, and ensure service satisfaction.
- Generate sales reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in the airline or travel industry.
- Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre is an advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and airline systems.
- Able to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
