Sales Executive

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sales Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business plans to grow market share and enhance opportunities with assigned clients or teams
• Identify new sales opportunities and take the initiative to convert them into revenue
• Lead design support activities for IC/semiconductor customers, working closely with internal product teams to promote key technologies
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular business meetings and onsite visitations
• Review account performance and respond to both technical and commercial customer queries
• Stay up to date with relevant products, technologies, and market conditions to support strategic positioning
• Conduct integrated marketing activities to identify trends and develop target business strategies
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners (e.g., design houses, system integrators, public agencies) to shape business initiatives in current or emerging markets
• Promote reference design solutions to OEM customers across targeted markets and applications
• Support marketing communications and group marketing activities as required
• Undertake other related duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IC/Semiconductor industry
• Candidates with an engineering background or experience in solution seeding are encouraged to apply
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and persistence in a challenging environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good multitasking and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Analytical with the ability to interpret data and create effective presentations and reports

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 5,100 + AWS + VB (2 - 3 Months)
• Working Location: Yishun
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8:15am -5:30pm
