- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within commercial, industrial, and marine sectors.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up proactively to convert into jobs.
- Promote the company’s servicing contracts, one-time jobs, retrofits, and system upgrades.
- Maintain a clear pipeline of leads, quotes, job wins/losses, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, building owners, and fleet operators.
- Work with the service and technical team to ensure job feasibility and accuracy in proposals.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather testimonials or referrals where appropriate.
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports and attend regular review meetings.
- Meet monthly revenue targets and service agreement closures.
