Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower/recruitment sector
- Promote recruitment services to corporate clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with recruiters to meet client hiring needs
- Achieve individual sales targets through successful placements

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, manpower services, or a related field in Singapore
- Valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) is mandatory
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Independent, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred
