Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Lead and manage the sales admin team, including setting KPIs, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to align sales strategies with market trends.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
