Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales and Marketing Executive to support and
enhance our promotional and revenue-generating strategies in the arts and entertainment
sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culture, media, and the performing or
visual arts, and will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and
optimization of marketing and sales campaigns that drive audience engagement, ticket or
merchandise sales, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital,
print, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate on content creation, including copywriting, visual direction, and video
scripts tailored for artistic events or creative products.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics,
Meta Ads Manager, or CRM dashboards.
- Coordinate with creative teams, media partners, and external agencies to develop
promotional materials and execute media buying strategies.
Sales & Business Development:
- Support the sales strategy by identifying new markets and audience segments.
- Assist in developing partnerships with sponsors, cultural organizations, and
community influencers.
- Collaborate with box office, ticketing systems, or merchandise vendors to analyze
and enhance conversion rates and customer experiences.
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior
management.
Event & Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and promoting live events, exhibitions, shows, or film releases.
- Liaise with venues, performers, artists, and production teams to ensure consistent
branding and promotional messaging.
- Coordinate promotional activities, including press previews, influencer invitations,
and street marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the arts,
entertainment, or cultural industries.
- Strong understanding of the theatre industry, including audience development,
sponsorship, and event planning.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive growth and exceed targets.
- A network of industry contacts (corporate, philanthropic, or government) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other creative design tools.
- A passion for the arts, theatre, and live performances.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin, spoken and written.
