To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as a Sales & Operations Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Administrative Support:
- Calculate monthly sales incentives in line with company policies.
- Plan and source corporate gifts for client engagement and sales initiatives.
- Requisite and manage marketing collaterals needed by the sales team.
- Oversee stock inventory management and coordinate requisitions for retail outlets.
- Provide administrative support for retail operations, such as maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with scheduling needs.
- Assist in Floral Classes and coordinating events and roadshow etc.
2. Operations:
- Support and execute sales strategies and initiatives in collaboration with the sales management team.
- Assist in managing outsourced virtual assistants, ensuring their tasks align with team needs.
- Assist in planning and executing retail sales activities, including customer surveys and promotions.
- Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of marketing collaterals for retail campaigns.
Requirements:
- Diploma preferred (in any discipline)
- Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Passion in floristry and gifting
- Good client servicing and communication skills
- Resourceful and goal-oriented
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
