We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our client base across both B2C and B2B segments.
Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Evolve Vinyl Flooring, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships across various client segments, including homeowners, interior design firms, renovation contractors, and main contractors. You will play a key role in identifying project-based opportunities and driving sales from consultation to close.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and acquire new customers, including:
End-users (homeowners, BTO/condo owners)
Renovation contractors and interior design firms
Main contractors and project-based leads - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate B2C and B2B markets.
- Source and secure project-based clients (commercial, hospitality, retail, offices, etc.).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and provide professional product recommendations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, close deals, and follow through with project coordination when necessary.
Market Research & Networking
- Continuously identify market trends, new leads, and upcoming construction or renovation projects.
- Network with designers, contractors, and consultants to build referral opportunities.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and site briefings to expand client base.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Develop a thorough understanding of our flooring products, including technical specs and installation methods.
- Present product samples and catalogs effectively during consultations and client meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, renovation, or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in pursuing leads.
- Fluent in English; ability to speak other languages/dialects is a plus.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Possession of own transport / Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
