- Assist Sales team to process sales orders
- Issue Purchase orders, Invoices, packing list
- Liase with Chinese suppliers for orders and deliveries
- Data entries in ERP systems for sales, purchase and inventory
- General office duties eg filing, answering telephone call etc
Requirements
- ITE diploma in business administration or accounting
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- min 1 year experience in office administration
- familiar with MS office, words and excels
- fast learner and independent worker to handle given tasks and
- good team worker
