We’re looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to handle client queries while assisting the sales team in closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
- Support sales reps with proposals, quotations and order processing
- Resolve service-related issues promptly
- Track customer feedback and relay insights to sales/marketing teams
- Assist in client onboarding and follow-up communication
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business, Communications or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first approach
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
