Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales operation.
- Knowledgeable in purchase orders, delivery orders and able to handle sales orders, quotation & invoices.
- Respond to a high volume of inquiries and provide helpful solutions to customer issues.
- Connect with existing key customer contacts if needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing.
- Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders.
- Attend regular online/offline product training sessions arranged by vendors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in customer service position handling high volume of calls & emails are welcome.
- Experience with computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
