Job Description & Requirements
- Should have 11 - 14 years of experience in IT Industry with 2+ years of Client work Exposure in direct customer facing role from Onsite Location.
- Should have CRM solutions implementation experience in minimum 2 industry domains Telecom, Logistics ( preferable in Shipping Industry ).
- Should have a minimum 7+ Salesforce Certifications including, Salesforce Admin, Salesforce App Builder, JavaScript Developer, CPQ, PD1, PD2, and Salesforce Sales Consultant .
- To understand the full extent of the solution, integration components and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture. Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and Integration background.
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges. Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems and as well as working with integration tools.
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Oracle, SQL, PLSQL and XML and their use in development of CRM solutions .
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Components, Configuration, Customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch .
- Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts, and Actions and Approval Workflow.
- Responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity.
- Should have good knowledge and experience in support process and have ITIL Certification.
- Interacting with customers as and when required and provide suggestions on improvements on the solution ideas.
