About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Salesforce Developer to join our team in delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves end-to-end development, integration, and DevOps support for Salesforce applications, particularly in Agile project environments. Candidates with government project experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform

Manage and optimize data models, ensuring scalability, compliance, and data security

Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Configure Salesforce features and integrations with external systems
-
Perform data migration, maintain data quality, and troubleshoot technical issues
-
Conduct code reviews, enforce code coverage and quality standards
-
Manage CI/CD pipelines, GitLab repositories, and automated deployments via SHIP-HATS
-
Monitor system performance, security, and compliance with government standards
-
Develop and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures

Implement and support automated testing frameworks
Requirements
-
Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, with 3 years in Salesforce development

Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flow configuration

Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and data privacy

Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce
-
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration methods

Experience in DevOps, Git, and SHIP-HATS platform for CI/CD

Government project experience is a strong plus
-
Knowledge of Odaseva backup and recovery is an added advantage
