About the Deloitte Greenhouse™
The Deloitte Greenhouse Southeast Asia is positioned as an innovation and problem-solving accelerator. We help our clients advance their strategic growth or innovation initiatives through full-to-multi day(s) workshops, called “Labs”. We deliver a unique experience that combines technology, immersive tools and expert facilitation to help our clients ideate, develop strategies and solve complex business challenges.
As an Executive/Senior Executive with the Deloitte SEA Greenhouse Experience (GX) Team, you will assist the team in the areas of client experience management, space operations, finance, and general team processes to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
We are currently seeking someone with strong project management skills, great PowerPoint skills and a passion for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clients and account teams. A proactive and hard-working attitude will help the person excel in this role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Logistical:
- Assisting in preparations of Greenhouse “Lab” sessions (i.e., procurement of goods and services as required, in-house printing of materials) and the initiation of agreements/contracts, as they arise
- Supporting GX budgeting and financial operations, including invoicing of fees and revenue, processing of payments, and ensuring a smooth submission process for monthly disbursements
- Tracking of the Greenhouse Lab schedule, maintaining the Lab Log, creating half year reports.
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
Operations:
- Operationally managing the daily running & upkeep of the facility
- Liaising with relevant parties on the maintenance of the Greenhouse and potential improvement works to be carried out
- Proactively identifying technical problems that arise that may affect delivery and propose resolutions to address these, with minimal input from management.
- Ensuring that Greenhouse is well maintained and stocked at all times
Other:
- General overall support for Labs during pre, during, and post deliver phases
- Supporting the administrative & logistical process of our CXO Labs
- Supporting with upkeep of marketing collateral and website content

The Deloitte SEA Greenhouse Experience (GX) Team is an innovation and problem-solving accelerator, created to help clients achieve breakthrough in business problem-solving, executive alignment and action planning. The team takes business leaders out of business as usual, and into a “Lab” experience where every element has been consciously-designed to accelerate problem solving, achieve alignment, and prioritize action plans.

Requirements
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, a candidate must have the following:
- A diploma in any discipline; experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and a superior attention to detail
- Strong ability to work in a team environment and with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with knowledge of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Ability to pivot in an agile work environment with proactive, “can-do” attitude and not afraid to “roll up their sleeves”
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment
- The ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team to achieve business goals
