ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and lead the security team to ensure proper coverage across the construction site
- Plan, manage, and schedule security shifts in accordance with project requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and reports of all incidents
- Perform guarding and patrolling of installations.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Monitor access control and ensure compliance with site safety and security protocols
- Coordinate with site operation team when needed
- Any other duties as assigned
- Working Hours: Rotating shifts (6 days)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a Security Officer/Supervisor or in a related role.
- Possess a valid Senior Security Officer or higher-level license issued by PLRD
- Candidates with experience in Industrial/Construction related areas are preferred
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to work in a construction site environment
- Normal colour vision and able to work on rotating shifts
- Able to work at various locations based on Company’s discretion
