Junior - $ 9/hr – $12/hr (Guaranteed Salary & T&C Apply)
Senior - $1,000 – $1,400 (Guaranteed Salary & T&C Apply)
As a Self-Photo Studio Staff, you'll ensure guests have a smooth, fun, and memorable self-shoot experience. This role blends customer service, basic tech support, and studio upkeep. You’ll guide customers on using the equipment, maintain a clean and welcoming space, and help create an enjoyable, photo-ready environment.
You don’t need to be a photographer, but you should be tech-savvy, friendly, and organized.
THE JOB:
- Greet and assist customers with using the self-photo booth.
- Ensure all equipment (camera, lighting, triggers) works properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the studio and props.
- Support basic troubleshooting during sessions.
- Manage time slots and bookings.
- Upsell packages or add-ons when appropriate.
- Enforce studio rules and safety guidelines.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Basic proficiency in Apple/Macbook (Mastery in Adobe Photoshop, or Lightroom will be add-up)

Key Deliverables:
- Smooth and professional customer check-in and briefing process
- Proper functioning of all photo booth equipment (camera, lights, triggers)
- Clean, organized, and photo-ready studio environment at all times
- Timely support for customer questions and minor technical issues
- Accurate tracking and management of bookings and session durations
- Clear communication of studio rules and safety guidelines
- Successful upselling of packages, add-ons, or merchandise when appropriate
- Positive customer feedback and repeat visits driven by service quality
