As we grow our portfolio of community-driven tech applications, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to help bring clarity, structure, and momentum to our projects.
What You’ll Do
As our Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our project managers, developers, designers, and community partners to ensure smooth project execution. You’ll be the heartbeat of our project teams—helping us stay on track, on time, and aligned with our mission. This position is open to non-degree holders and those without experience. Internships can be arranged as well. Compensation will vary accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include the following.
- Coordinate multiple ongoing projects from planning to delivery
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and communications
- Track milestones and follow up on tasks with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and review meetings
- Support user testing and client feedback sessions
- Help identify and resolve roadblocks or resource gaps
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and community impact goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience is not a must but enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and a passion for what we do is a must.
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles (tech/digital preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
- Comfort with tools like Trello, Notion, Jira, Slack, or similar
- Bonus if you’ve worked with or for community organizations, NGOs, or social enterprises
- A collaborative spirit and passion for using technology to do good

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
