Location: Town
Industry: Hospitality (Service Apartment complex with 70 units in Singapore.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and fixed assets
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GST and corporate tax filings
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
- Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions
- Manage cash flow and banking relationships
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
