Independently manage the company’s full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Prepare and review quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST), Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Tax returns, ensuring full compliance with Singapore laws and tax regulations.
Review and maintain the General Ledger in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), delivering accurate and timely financial reports.
Review contracts and invoices to ensure withholding tax compliance and identify legitimate corporate tax optimization opportunities.
Track and meet all statutory filing deadlines to ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, and other relevant authorities.
Accurately record and process accounting transactions related to core business activities such as game development, operations, and marketing, in line with Singapore accounting standards and the specific nature of internet-based businesses. Proactively identify and resolve accounting or tax issues.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related disciplines.
Professional qualifications preferred: Chartered Accountant (Singapore), Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP), IFRS Certification, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of General Ledger accounting experience; experience in the internet or gaming industry is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in tax compliance, tax planning, or tax advisory; cross-border taxation experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office; familiarity with online platform accounting and tax configurations preferred.
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
