ESR Group is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to support our technology initiatives and improve our information systems. As a Systems Analyst, you will analyze current systems, design solutions, and implement upgrades that enhance efficiency and user experience.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to gather requirements, document technical specifications, and create solutions that align with our business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in system integration, platform management, and a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of information systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions.
- Analyze current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and provide technical recommendations.
- Design system modifications or enhancements based on user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement system changes and ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct testing to ensure that system changes meet specifications and user requirements.
- Provide training and support to users on new features and functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Document all processes, configurations, and technical specifications to ensure a clear project record.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation and user manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Prior Yardi support working experience for at least 3 years
- Strong understanding of system integration, software development life cycle, and IT project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) to extract insights from system data.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business applications relevant to the real estate sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
