Key responsibilities
- Prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings, models and design documentation to support the planning and construction of new buildings and renovations
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements and timely progression of work
- Assist in the review and approval of shop drawings, samples and submittals from vendors and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all design and construction activities
- Collaborate with the design team to identify and resolve design issues and incorporate client feedback
- Support the continuous improvement of drafting standards, processes and tools within the organisation
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Architectural Drafter or Coordinator
- Proficient in using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and other design-related tools
- Strong technical understanding of building materials, construction methods and design principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset
