As a Senior Architectural Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee project teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery while meeting client and regulatory standards.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing all phases from conceptual design to final completion.
- Assess and optimize team workflows to align with organizational best practices, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.
- Contribute to business development efforts and new project acquisition.
- Supervise the creation and refinement of all project documentation, including BIM models, technical drawings, authority submissions, and construction/as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies for approvals, ensuring compliance with submission requirements under senior guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or professional accreditation from a recognized institution (e.g., BOA or equivalent).
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Background in residential projects (private/public) is advantageous, particularly in the local context.
