We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced Events Manager to join our team in planning, coordinating, and executing impactful events - from corporate gatherings to large-scale outdoor experiences. If you’re organized, resourceful, and passionate about bringing event visions to life, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage events from concept to execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
- Prepare budgets, timelines, and logistics plans.
- Lead on-site execution and ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure events meet safety and compliance requirements.
- Gather feedback and report on event outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in managing outdoor events is a plus.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
- Must hold a 2A/2B/Class 3 license and be willing to travel.
- Diploma or degree in Events, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
