Job Description
- Process incoming physical and digital donations.
- Maintain accurate donor records through data entry and mapping.
- Post General Ledger entries to facilitate timely fund disbursement to social centres.
- Generate and mail donor receipts (physically or digitally) in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
- Manage Donation Acknowledgement Slips and oversee donation boxes across social centres and Regional Headquarters (RHQ).
- Support key events at RHQ including but not limited to Red Shield Appeal Luncheon, Race For Good 2025, Christmas Kettling, and others.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end operations and system for Christmas Kettling.
- Ensure donor onboarding and donations comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Handle annual tax submission for donor's donation records.
- Research and implement best practices to enhance fund administration efficiency.
- Respond to donation-related inquiries and ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in data handling. Enforce data protection measures across all relevant platforms and processes.
- Serve as the key liaison for audits, inspections, certifications, archiving, and Business Continuity Planning/ Management (BCP/ BCM) activities.
- Co-manage GIRO processing, payment gateways, and chargebacks.
- Manage digital donation platforms and payment systems, including crowdfunding, event payments, CyberSource, and e-transactions.
- Administer and track PRD PayNow QR Codes.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or Accountancy.
- Proven experience and knowledge of financial terms and administrative functions.
- Team player.
- Good organisational skills and a keen eye for details.
- Have a strong willingness to learn new digital skills with regards to our donation management system and other associated software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Heart of compassion for the vulnerable.
