Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development and Execution:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns on marketing automation platforms across digital channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and web personalization).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external tech agencies to configure and launch marketing campaigns.
2. Customer Journey Management:
- Plan, configure and optimize customer journeys using marketing automation platforms - experience with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar.
- Plan and guide audience segmentation, configure and review audience segments, automation, enforce data privacy compliance.
3. Data Management and Audience Segmentation:
- Use of SQL to perform audience sizing and data validations.
- Scripting and/or working with partner agency to generate accurate custom audience data outputs.
- Ensure all campaign activities comply with data protection regulations.
4. Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work with agency partners to monitor and optimise data and campaign performance on our marketing technology platforms.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Consult and manage business stakeholders to understand and craft requirements for marketing campaigns.
- Management of business stakeholders to manage campaign development and deployment activities, support campaign troubleshooting and reporting.
- Collaborate and manage marketing agency to ensure quality and timely delivery of campaign builds.
- Work closely with data, acquisition, and platform teams to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase revenue.
Tools and Platforms:
- Marketing Automation: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar platforms.
- Web Analytics: Google Analytics or equivalent.
- Data: Experience with SQL and relevant tools/platforms for data segmentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely execution and configuration of marketing campaigns.
- Accuracy in audience segmentation, content and data compliance.
- Campaign performance metrics such as engagement rates, conversions, and delivery accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing operations, martech, or related fields.
- Experience with stakeholder management, project management and delivery.
- Experience with SQL and familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus.
- Strong initiative, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt, with mentorship and training provided.
