As a Senior Executive (Project Management Office), you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the business unit through administrative, logistical, and asset management tasks.
What will you do?
Administrative & Scheduling Support
- Support onboarding/offboarding of staff
- Manage meeting schedules and room bookings
- Assist with general admin tasks and reporting
Mail, Logistics & Procurement
- Handle mail collection, courier coordination
- Manage procurement of items like hampers, stationeries, and team collaterals
Asset & Facilities Coordination
- Maintain asset records (transfers, disposal, tagging)
- Liaise with Facilities on office equipment issues
Event Support
- Assist in planning and logistics for team events and townhalls
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of business unit admin processes
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
