We are seeking a meticulous and well-organised Senior Executive, Secretariat & Governance to support the Club’s committee and governance functions. In this role, you will handle meeting coordination, minute-taking, corporate secretarial support, and assist with disciplinary and administrative matters to ensure smooth and professional operations.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting Coordination & Support
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and relevant documents to Committee members.
- Coordinate monthly meeting schedules and manage logistics for all Club meetings.
- Accurately record and prepare minutes of various Committee meetings as assigned.
Corporate Secretarial & Administrative Support
- Assist in managing the Club’s administrative and corporate secretarial matters.
- Maintain proper records, files, and documentation in compliance with governance requirements.
Disciplinary Matters
- Assist in the handling of disciplinary matters in accordance with Club policies.
- Attend disciplinary hearings where required and provide administrative support.
General Duties
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned from time to time to support the Club’s operations and governance needs.Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative, corporate secretarial, or governance support roles, preferably in a club, association, or membership-based organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
