RESPONSIBILITIES
- End to end management of hiring, contracting and offboarding matters.
- Administration of new hires onboarding (e.g. briefing for new hires etc…).
- Manage online job portals and weekly job postings.
- Manage weekly circular for new hires.
- Help manage TA inbox and respond to queries appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- The successful candidate for this role will be expected to start work in August 2025.
- Degree with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience or Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates who have experience in recruitment and contracting work will be advantageous.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially in liaising with stakeholders.
- Meticulous with good numeracy skills.
- Strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SuccessFactors and SAP HR modules is a plus.
